Ghana records only 65 new COVID-19 cases

Sixty-five new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the country over the past few days, the Ghana Health Service has reported.

The new cases take the country total tally to 43,325.

Of that number, 41,408 patients have clinically recovered and been discharged.

This means the country’s total active caseload is 1,656.

Four of them are in critical condition with two others on ventilators.

The death toll remains 261.

Central Region – 1,837

Bono East Region – 730

Volta Region – 651

Western North Region – 598

Northern Region – 497

Ahafo Region – 490

Bono Region – 480

Upper East Region – 282

Oti Region – 229

Upper West Region – 88

Savanna Region – 62

North East Region – 18
