McBrown, Hisense donate two ambulances to hospitals in Tarkwa

Hisense and its brand ambassador Nana Ama McBrown, have donated an ambulance each to the Tarkwa-Apinto Hospital and Tarkwa Municipal Hospital in the Western Region.

The Ghanaian actress led a delegation to the two hospitals in Tarkwa to do the donation.

She made this known via Instagram when she shared photos of the donation ceremony and acknowledged Hisense for the gesture.

She posted: “Thank you #Hisense for donating two brand new Ambulances to Tarkwa – Apinto Hospital and Municipal Hospital. THANK YOU GHANA #Hisense – Everyday Prices for Everyday People.”

Nana Ama McBrown is noted for her philanthropic work, especially to aged veterans in Ghana’s entertainment industry.

When her daughter Maxine turned one on 21 February 2020, the multi-talented actress built a 100-seater canteen and assembly hall for the Ashan Children’s Village in the Ashanti Region and also gifted the facility a TV set and refrigerator stocked with provisions.

Again, on the occasion of her 43rd birthday on 15 August 2020, she donated money to veteran actors Emaanuel Armah, Grace Omaboe and Grace Nortey.

These are a few of her philanthropic works, through which she projects brands she influences such as Hisense and McBerry Biscuits.
